12 Speed Control & Planetary Mixing
Up to 12-speed adjustments can meet more precise mixing needs, match different ingredients and personal preferences as accurately as possible, making the final mixture more satisfactory.
- Dough Hook:Start on the level “1”, gradually increasing to “6”. For yeast mixtures.
- Y-beater: 7-9 level. For cakes, biscuits, pastry, icing, fillings, eclairs, and masher potato.
- Whisk: 10-12 level. For eggs, cream, batters, fatless sponges, meringues, cheesecakes, mousses, and souffles.
- Note: The three mixing tools must be washed by hand, please do not put them in the dishwasher for cleaning or soak them in chemical solutions.
